How do I choose the right size for my cosplay?
Since cosplay sizing often differs from standard retail sizing, we provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend taking your body measurements (bust, waist, and hips) and comparing them to the chart. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up as most costumes do not have stretch.
What is the difference between SR, SSR, and R versions?
These labels indicate the level of detail and fabric quality. 'R' represents our standard quality, 'SR' offers upgraded fabrics and accessories, and 'SSR' is our premium tier featuring high-end embroidery, luxury textiles, and the most intricate screen-accurate details.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items typically process within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items have specific release dates listed in the description. Once shipped, standard international shipping takes 10-20 business days, while express shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Can I return or exchange my costume?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-sized costumes, wigs that have been styled, and intimate items like bodysuits or socks are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates.
How should I wash and care for my cosplay?
Most cosplays feature delicate trims and mixed fabrics that are not suitable for washing machines. We recommend spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning. For wigs, use only specialized synthetic wig shampoos and avoid high-heat styling tools unless specified as heat-resistant.
