At DokiDoki Cosplay, we want to ensure your transformation is perfect, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-sized costumes and intimate items are final sale due to hygiene and manufacturing specifications.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Authorization Number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the cosplay items, including all accessories, wigs, and props, back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies that the costume is free of makeup stains or damage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
